     Title: Upgrade of Birthcare Auckland's facilities

We are upgrading our facilities, commenced from 27th October, please check this site for regular updates.

Birthcare's focus for the future is to provide services and facilities that support our Vision to provide the very best start in life.

Our focus is to create a Centre of Excellence in primary maternity care in the central Auckland area within Birthcare Auckland's facilities.

This began with our birthing suite. This has been upgraded to allow better facilities, to more women and LMC's and an improved service for all.

Birthcare's Midwifery Team and LMC's will have improved antenatal facilities with the building of a third floor on the existing building.

The construction of level 3 began on Monday 22nd February. Watch this space for regular updates.

Update 31st August, 2010

We have finally moved into Level 3. Antenatal clinics will now be held on Level 3. Take the big lift up to Level 3 and take a seat in the waiting room. Your midwife will come out and call you in when she is ready.

Thank you for your patience during the construction period. We hope you enyoy our upgraded facilities.
