BOOKINGS

The ideal time to book your antenatal class is in the first 3 months of pregnancy. Places will be limited so book early.

Course Booking Terms and Conditions

All course fees must be paid in full to secure your place on a course. Fees are payable to Birthcare Auckland Limited.

Changing Course Bookings
Attendees are entitled to change their course booking date, subject to availability of alternative courses. This will incur an administrative fee of $25.00.

Cancellation
The following fees will apply when attendees choose to cancel their booked places on courses:

• Cancellation received 10 working days before the course commences - 50% of course fee
• Cancellation less than 10 working days before the course commences – no refund

Birthcare reserves the right to cancel courses if necessary. Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 10 working days notice of a cancellation. Birthcare will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to the cancellation of a course.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made to the person that made the original payment. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they book on to the correct course.

Parking

Please use the pay and display parking or other parking on the street. Our underground parking is reserved for in-patients and visitors
